Key Responsibilities:
1. Liquor Management:
Stock Control – Monitor stock, variances and wastage.
Ordering – Keep the right stock levels for trade.
Product Knowledge – Know the drinks range and key selling points.
Guest Service – Give great service and confident recommendations.
Cellar Standards – Keep storage, rotation and dispense areas clean and organised.
2. Team Management:
Lead and inspire the bar team, ensuring a high standard of service.
Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff schedules and performance.
3. Sales-driving skills:
Drive sales in-house by motivating the team, setting targets and rewarding success
Organise events and drive sales through innovation
4. Key-Holder Responsibilities:
Assume key-holder responsibilities, maintaining security protocols.
Open and close the bar, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
5. Hiring and Staff Development:
Participate in the hiring process for bar staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
Authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
Ability to commute to London N1 8LU.
