We’re looking for warm, engaging and enthusiastic individuals to join the Front of House (FOH) team at Poon’s. As a member of the FOH, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm atmosphere for our guests; welcoming them into our extension on the Poon’s family home and guiding them through the story-telling our menus & our heritage.

Requirements & Experience
· A genuine interest in the food and drinks world, with a real passion for hospitality – a zeal for creating memorable guest experiences
· A team player driven by efficiency, attention to detail and leading with initiative, and pride
· We ask for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
· Experience within Chinese cuisine and traditions specifically is appreciate but not compulsory, but an eagerness and curiosity to learn is a must
