Group Executive Chef - Adam Handling Collection

London, Windsor, Cornwall On-site Back of House

We're looking for someone pretty special. Someone who's already proven themselves in Michelin-starred kitchens but still gets excited by creating new dishes, building brilliant teams and making great restaurants and pubs even better. This isn't a role where you'll be sat behind a desk—you'll be in the kitchens, travelling between our restaurants and pubs, tasting, training, challenging, inspiring and making sure every plate that leaves the pass is something to be proud of.

You'll be working with our Chef Director and our Chef Proprietors and Head Chefs across Frog in Covent Garden, Ugly Butterfly in Cornwall, The Loch & the Tyne in Windsor and The Tartan Fox in Cornwall, while helping shape whatever comes next. From opening new venues to refining menus, developing our chefs, pushing standards higher and never settling for "that's good enough", you'll play a huge part in the future of the Adam Handling Collection.

We're after someone who loves British produce, thinks seasonally, isn't afraid to get stuck in and understands that the best leaders lead from the front. Michelin experience is a must, willingness to travel and a sense of humour definitely won't hurt.
