The Role
As one of our five Front of House team members, you'll play an important part in creating the experience our guests know and love.
During service
Welcome and look after guests, ensuring orders are taken accurately and delivered with care.
Develop a good understanding of our menu and help guests make choices that suit them.
Maintain a friendly, attentive and thoughtful approach throughout service.
Before service
Prepare and organise your workspace.
Help ensure the restaurant floor is clean, tidy and ready to welcome guests.
After service
Help close down and tidy your workspace.
Ensure the restaurant floor and working areas are left clean and organised.
As part of the wider team
Communicate clearly and work closely with all areas of the business.
Bring a kind, open-minded and positive attitude to work.
Take pride in what you do and be willing to learn and support those around you.
If you have a genuine interest in drinks and wine, there's also room to get involved in developing our drinks menu as the seasons change and our offering evolves. We welcome ideas and encourage our team to contribute creatively.
Experience & Training
Ideally, you'll have at least one year's experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role. However, we're equally happy to hear from someone who's enthusiastic about starting a new role and learning something new.
We'll take the time to train you properly and help you settle into the position. You'll be supported by a team who want to see you succeed, and we'll make sure you have the guidance you need to grow in confidence.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is kind, approachable, willing to learn and enjoys being part of a team.
