Group General Manager – Adam Handling Collection
We’re looking for a brilliant Group General Manager to help lead the Adam Handling Collection and make sure every one of our venues feels as good as the food tastes. You’ll be working across Frog, Eve and Adam Handling Chocolate Shop in Covent Garden, Ugly Butterfly in Cornwall, The Loch & the Tyne in Windsor and The Tartan Fox in Cornwall, supporting our teams, pushing standards and making sure our guests have an amazing experience every single time.
This definitely isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk kind of role. We want someone who loves being in the restaurants, knows what great hospitality looks and feels like, and can bring the best out of people. You’ll be travelling between the venues, working closely with our Restaurant Director and the sites' RMs/GMs and senior teams, getting stuck into everything from service and standards to people, training, commercial performance and all those little details that make a great restaurant really special.
You’ll also be a big part of what comes next for the Collection, helping us with new openings, developing our existing businesses and constantly asking how we can make things even better. We want someone who can spot an opportunity, solve a problem before it becomes one, challenge us when needed and bring loads of energy and ideas to the table.
We’re looking for someone with serious hospitality experience at a high level – ideally across Michelin-starred or luxury restaurants – who understands both exceptional service and the numbers behind a successful business. You’ll need to be commercially switched on, great with people, happy to travel and, most importantly, someone who genuinely loves hospitality.
