We are looking for a reliable and creative Bar Manager to join and lead our team in our restaurant in Borough Market. The right candidate will embrace the autonomy given to run the bar operation. You will have a genuine excitement for Thai food and good drinks, plus exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. You will train and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating closely with the Operations Manager on cocktail creation and wine selection.
Experience
1 year minimum experience required in an equivalent role
The role will require you to
Develop, inspire & lead the bar team
Take ownership of stock control within the business
Promote a culture of respect across the business
Work closely with the Kolae management team
Being fully accountable for ordering, stock, wastage, legal compliance and bar team development
Hands on shift management, take the necessary steps to improve drink GB and growth.
