The Assistant General Manager will work collaboratively with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure consistency, standards and quality are upheld as well as mentoring and training the team to constantly deliver excellence every day.

The candidate must have at least 1-2 years' experience in the same role in a fast paced and high volume restaurant.
Must love hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.
