developing talented people from within. Many of our chefs started with little or no pizza
experience and have progressed through the business.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Support
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
● Wash dishes, equipment and utensils as required.
● Keep kitchen areas stocked, clean and ready for service.
● Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage.
● Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Service Support
● Assist chefs during busy services.
● Support the pass and expediting process when required.
● Help ensure food is prepared and served consistently and efficiently.
● Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
